Also known as The Body Coach, Joe’s online HIIT workouts, recipes, best-selling books, 90-Day Plan, and the recently released app, have helped people all around the world to smash their goals—and feel amazing. Joe is best known for his award-winning Lean In 15 recipe book (with over 4 million copies sold) and for becoming ‘P.E teacher to the nation’ with his daily, live-streamed family workouts during the pandemic. These workouts received over 100 million views and raised more than £580,000 for NHS Charities Together. In 2020, Joe was awarded an MBE by the Queen for services to fitness and charity.
How does someone go from hating running for years to completing ultramarathons? Discipline. For Jonny, he wanted to take the thing he disliked the most and rewrite the narrative. What began as a physical goal quickly became a journey of self-discovery, and the tougher the challenges became, the more he was able to address his own insecurities and trauma. Sharing this online started as a somewhat cathartic process that quickly built a community who wanted to share their journey with running—both physically and mentally.

Katharina started with CrossFit 8 years ago because she wanted to change her life. Now, she holds the title as the Fittest Woman in Germany 2022 and is one of the country’s most popular CrossFit athletes too. She doesn’t just do CrossFit though, Katharina also participates in the German Weightlifting Championships (which she won in 2022). She stands for body positivity and wants to inspire others to do sports—no matter what fitness level they are.
